HIGH EYE SHOWCASED AIRBOXER VTOL UAV AT LIMA EXHIBITION IN LANGKAWI, MALAYSIA
LANGKAWI, MALAYSIA – High Eye, a leading Dutch company in the field of unmanned aviation, proudly announced its successful participation in the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA). As part of the Dutch Pavilion, High Eye represented the Ministry of Defence of the Netherlands and showcased the advanced capabilities of the Airboxer VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV).
The exhibition kicked off on May 23rd, with the official delegation led by VADM de Waard visiting the Dutch pavilion. The High Eye team was on standby, showcasing the Airboxer VTOL UAV to the delegation and other attendees, highlighting the technological prowess that the Netherlands brings to the aerospace and maritime sectors.
High Eye also hosted a reception on May 24th, which was attended by the Malaysian Chief of Navy. This presented a unique opportunity for High Eye to engage in meaningful conversations about the future of unmanned aviation and its applications in a naval setting.
Later in the week, the Dutch Pavilion welcomed a visit from the Malaysian Minister of Defence. Ambassador Jaap Werner was present for an informal engagement during the visit. Additionally, the Chief of Air Force, the Chief of Coast Guard, the Chief of Defence Force, and the Chief of Army all visited the Dutch Pavilion. These visits provided an opportunity to talk about the capabilities of the Airboxer VTOL UAV and discuss potential collaborations.
High Eye was thrilled to be a part of the LIMA Exhibition and enjoyed introducing the Airboxer VTOL UAV to the esteemed guests visiting the Dutch Pavilion.
