With our roots in aviation and aerospace, and a team built on cross-disciplinary innovation, we’re rapidly scaling up and preparing for international growth.
We’re currently looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer to join our production team and contribute directly to the integration and optimization of mission-critical unmanned systems.
Your Role
As an Electronics Engineer, you’ll play a key role in integrating, testing, assembling UAV systems involving embedded electronics, communication networks, payloads, and power systems. You will ensure seamless operation between subsystems such as RF modules, GNSS, cameras, control units, and power distribution – all within the constraints of airborne hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate and optimize systems such as cameras, RF modules, antennas, GNSS, payloads, and power electronics
- Assembly of modules
- Implement and troubleshoot communication protocols (e.g. RS-232, RS-422, SPI, CAN, I2C, Ethernet, USB, UART, HDMI)
- Work with embedded systems, including sensors, controllers, and safety modules
- Apply knowledge of power electronics for efficient energy distribution and management
- Validate system performance through structured testing and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, operational team members
Your Profile
- MBO 4 or Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
- Proven hands-on experience, preferably with UAV systems, robotics, or embedded electronics. Proficient with diagnostic equipment such as multimeter and precision assembly tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of aviation standards and protocols.
- Familiar with hardware/software integration and able to follow technical documentation and tool-based procedures.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments
- Strong English skills (Dutch is a bonus); international teamwork experience preferred
- Willingness to travel for field tests, demos, maintenance and integration support
Why Join Us
- Direct impact on next-gen long-range UAV systems
- Open, collaborative work culture between R&D, assembly and leadership
- Space for personal and professional development
