High Eye is a Dutch manufacturer of advanced VTOL UAVs (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) drones. Our systems are deployed worldwide for a wide range of missions — from defense and security to border surveillance, inspection, and civil applications.

Our flagship system, the Airboxer, is fully developed and produced in the Netherlands. With a team of around 20 specialists, we combine deep technical expertise with entrepreneurship, supply chain excellence, and innovation.

We are now looking for an ambitious professional who can take the commercial side of High Eye to the next level — someone with energy, modern insights, and knowledge of the latest sales and marketing techniques.

 

About the Role

As International Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced high-tech environment.

You will work directly alongside the CEO and will have the freedom to turn ideas into action — from engaging international clients to organizing campaigns and exhibitions.

You’ll learn from people with years of technical, operational, and entrepreneurial experience, while contributing your own modern commercial expertise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach but also wants to grow strategically and take on leadership responsibilities.

You’ll be responsible for expanding the global reach and brand presence of High Eye and our flagship UAV, the Airboxer.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the global growth of High Eye and the Airboxer.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Prepare for and manage international exhibitions, demos, and presentations.
  • Visit (potential) clients and stakeholders worldwide.
  • Develop marketing content and digital campaigns.
  • Translate technical information into compelling commercial messaging.
  • Prepare offers, presentations, and market analyses.
  • Contribute to positioning, strategy, and brand storytelling.
  • Analyze competitive propositions.
  • Work closely with the technical team to translate client needs into technical and operational requirements.
  • Create and implement a sales strategy, translating it into operational plans.
  • Work closely with the CEO and learn from his international commercial experience.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a commercial or technical field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for technology, drones, or aviation.
  • Entrepreneurial, energetic, and curious about the technical side of products.
  • Strong communicator, independent, and proactive.
  • Eager to learn from experienced professionals while bringing in new commercial ideas.
  • Familiar with modern, digital, and data-driven sales and marketing.
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
